Q. What size resolution files should I provide to the art and embroidery department?
A.
We recommend at least 300 DPI files. We can work with less, but 300 DPI files provide a high-quality resolution.


Q. What file format is best to provide?
A. We accept bitmap formats such as .BMP, .TIFF, .PSD, .PICT, .JPG and .GIF. We also accept vector formats such as .AI or .EPS that can be opened with Adobe lllustrator. If you are submitting a vector file in these formats, convert all fonts to outline or curves first.


Q. What is the turn-around-time for artwork proof?

A. We usually provide an artwork proof within 5-7 business days starting from the day we get complete information.


Q. Who should I contact if I have questions or need help with my order?

Q. Is there a charge to digitize my artwork?

A. There is a one time set-up charge of $40.00


Q. What is the largest sewing area on a cap for a domestically embroidered design?
A. The largest area is 4 inches width by 2 inches height.


Q. Will I see a stitch-out or proof of my design?

A. Yes. For all custom designs, a stitch out is provided via email for final approval.
